Meet the Host: Dr. Shari Simpson
Shari Simpson, EdD, is a senior thought leadership leader at Paylocity and a nationally recognized voice in human resources and leadership. With more than 20 years of experience across training, talent, payroll, and employee relations, she brings a grounded, people-centered perspective to conversations about work and leadership. Shari holds a Doctor of Education in Leadership and Innovation, along with an MBA, a Master of Human Resource Management, and a SHRM-SCP certification. She speaks nationally and engages with HR and business leaders on building healthier, more effective workplaces. Outside of work, Shari is a proud military mom, an avid reader, and a longtime partner to a fire service leader.
