Priya is a Senior Human Resources Executive with a deep background in international people strategy for both global non-profit and for-profit organizations. Prior to developing Global People Strategist and starting Aadmi Consulting, Priya was the Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Advisor at the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI), where she built the HR department from the ground up for an international employee base of 700+ people across 25+ countries. 

Priya also spent 10 years working in London, New Delhi and the U.S. where she started up offices and built HR departments for Fortune 1000 companies in industries ranging from software consultancies, like Sapient (now Publicis), pharmaceuticals, like GSK, to the retail sector in Tesco, Ltd. In addition to her work in the private sector, Priya also has prior experience in the non-profit sector, where she has worked for the American Red Cross and the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation in Washington, D.C.Priya is a graduate of the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University where she concentrated on International Business and Negotiation and Conflict Resolution. She also has a degree from Mount Holyoke College.

Ryan is responsible for leading all aspects of our organization’s revenue strategy including new client acquisition, client upsell and channel partnerships.  Prior to becoming CRO, Ryan was the Regional Vice President for Paylocity’s Enterprise Division and Director of Sales for Paylocity. 

 

Before joining Blue Marble and Paylocity, Ryan was an Enterprise Account Executive at Workday and held various sales and leadership positions at Ascentis, Paychex and Xerox.  Ryan holds an MBA in Sales and Marketing from Rochester Institute of Technology and a BS in Environmental Science from Bowling Green State University.  He is also a Board Officer for Conscious Alliance, a Boulder, Colorado 501c-3. 

Shari Simpson

Shari Simpson stands at the forefront of the human resources field, blending 20 years of rich experience with cutting-edge educational credentials. With an MBA, MHRM, Certificate in E-commerce Management, and SHRM-SCP certification, she is now pursuing a Doctor of Education in Leadership and Innovation at Purdue. As the HR Mixtape podcast host, Shari shares invaluable insights with industry experts, establishing herself as a thought leader in HR. She is a sought-after speaker at local and national conferences, collaborating with industry leaders to elevate HR, payroll, and business sectors. Beyond her professional achievements, Shari is a proud mother of three sons—one a veteran and two currently serving in the US Navy—a dedicated dog mom and an avid reader. Her 25-year marriage to a fire department Chief adds depth to her understanding of service and dedication.
